X-project- Mid Impact routine for those serious about exercise! Hand weights and resistance bands used for toning.
20/20/20- Get great muscle tone and a cardiovascular workout in this class. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of body sculpting, and 20 minutes of Yoga.
In His Steps- A running and walking team (free).
Pilates- Specially developed exercises for building muscle strength that targets the stomach and back. (Resistance bands and mats are supplied) FitBall Pilates–A blend of traditional Pilates with light weights, and FitBall training. All levels.
Yoga- Ancient stretching, balance, flexibility and relaxation training.
Interval Training- A variation on the traditional step workout, this class alternates cardiovascular work with weight training.
Circuit Training- This class uses different stations for fast paced resistance training. All levels.
6 Pack-A 15minute workout that works everything through the core region of the body.
Zumba- Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. No experience required.
SAGES Exercise- (60 Min) Stretching class designed for our Senior Adults with emphasis on range of motion and flexibility. Bring a sack lunch and enjoy fellowship afterwards. (free class).
FOR THE KIDS
Kids Dance- Cost-$35 for the month Friday: Tap, Jazz and Ballet ages 5 and up, 3:15-4:30pm ages 2-4, 4:30-5:30pm
