There is a great opportunity for you to help some military families. The Overseas Coupon Program allows people in the states to send coupons, current and up to 1 month expired, to military families in Japan and Germany. You can donate all coupons that say “Manufacturer’s Coupon” on them, including coupons from the Sunday paper (Smart Source, Red Plum, and sometimes Proctor and Gamble), the internet (coupons.com, smartsource.com, and many more), and from stores themselves.

Mary Jo Landreth leads the “Youthfully Challenged Gang & Friends” and they will clip, sort, and mail all coupons. So, whether you use coupons or not, start collecting them and drop them off in the basket in the coffee nook.
